mulch will inhibit the growth of weeds. Eventually weeds will be overcome
by the intensive plan ng of crops. On alternate years, parcels of land can be
le fallow and covered with black tarp so that the sun bakes the seeds of
weeds during the hot summer season.
New topsoil every year will eliminate the need to plow and roto ll. Both of
these ac ons with machines disturbs the natural bacteria and other benefi-
cial nutrients and worms in the earth due to exposure to the sun.
The key to making live topsoil is cow dung especially from pure bred Indian
cows like the Gyr breed. The Indian cows have a hump that is a miraculous
appendage that permits the cow to capture the energy of the sun and con-
centrate it in the urine, stool and milk very similar to photosynthesis in
plants. The dung of Gyr cows a racts the taste buds of different types of
earthworms. There are three types of earthworms that are good digesters for
a composter or a worm bin. They are: red wrigglers, European night crawler
and the African night crawler. These worms feed on bacteria on the surface
of vegetable peelings, cow dung and other bio-mass such as dried grasses,
leaves, etc. They produce worm cas ngs which are the ideal fer lizer for en-
riching topsoil.
The best leaves for compos ng are maple leaves. Shred them with a chipper
shredder or a mower and add them to your compost pile or worm bin.
Leaves supply carbon. Cow dung and dried grass clippings supply nitrogen.
Then all you need is oxygen and water and the compost pile starts to work at
maximum speed if it is kept dark. The compost pile should be kept warm dur-
ing winter.
Regulated rain and sunshine, nutrient rich topsoil, cow protec on, respect
for holy men, elders, children and women will create an environment of nat-
ural opulence, peace and spirituality for all of society.
Outstanding benefits a ributed to the five substances derived from cows:
milk, ghee, yogurt, urine, dung (these five substances are referred to as
panchagavya)
The Indian cow (especially the pure Gyr breed) is the source of miraculous
healing and nutri on through her pancagavya gi s (milk, ghee, yogurt, urine
