highly developed intelligence. The point is that anyone
who accepts the principle of bhakti-yoga and accepts
the Supreme Lord as the summum bonum of life, as the
highest target, the ultimate goal, can approach the Lord in
the spiritual sky. If one adopts the principles enunciated
in Bhagavad-gata, he can make his life perfect and make a
permanent solution to all the problems of life. This is the
sum and substance of the entire Bhagavad-gata.”

In the above alternate translation Prabhuipada is speaking
about fallen women. This is one example that the class of
women he refers are women who are not following the
regulative principles of civilized human beings i.e., no meat
eating, no gambling and speculation, no intoxication, no
illicit sex. These are symptoms of fallen women and men.

Another reference to clarify which class of women
Prabhupada is referring to is SB 1.11.19. In the purport of
            this verse Prabhupada writes,

In the Bhagavad-gita 9.32 the Lord says, “O son of Pritha,
even the low-born chandalas and those who are born in
a family of unbelievers, and even the prostitutes, shall
attain perfection of life if they take shelter of unalloyed
devotional service to Me, because in the path of devotional
service there are no impediments due to degraded birth
and occupation. The path is open for everyone who agrees
