Annual Soap Lake Trip - 6-Sep-2013(Friday) evening to 8-
Sep-2013. After 2 summer months of constant preaching activities
and summer festivals devotees relax in the medicinal waters of the
soap lake. Over 15 families went to soap lake in 2013 and listened
to Srimad Bhagavatham from HG Harivilas prabhu reminiscent of
Suta Gosawami reciting to sages of Naimisaranya.

Scientific Verification of Spirituality by Harry Ter-
hanian: on Friday, August 2, 2013
 The seminar lasting two hours covered the following topics:
 Epistemological basis for scientific verification of spirituality
 Irrefutable facts about the commonality of conscious existence
from the single cell amoeba to the entire universe
 Verification of consciousness as not being a product of material
combination
 Irrefutable logical steps to understand existence of a superior
intelligent being that has ordered the universe

Srinivasa Kalyanam with Chinna Jeeyar Swami:
On July 20th, Srinivasa Kalyanam was performed where Lord
Srinivasa weds his two eternal consorts in order to attact the at-
tention of general population from their mundane activities. It is
said that the lord does not need to descend to kill the micreats of
the martya loka – our world. The reason he does descend (avatar
– ava means to descend and taran means to roam about) is to
give pleasure to his devotees. The marriage of their Lordships is
one such pastime.
